How to create custom dashboards

  1. Navigate to Surveys > Dashboards
  2.  Select “New Dashboard”
  3. Give your new dashboard a unique name and select how many columns you'd like to display in the dashboard. You can always change this at a later time if needed.
  4. Select “New panel” to add a panel to the dashboard
  5.  Name the panel and select the type of graph you'd like to display. If NPS, CSAT, or employee ratings, you may also select to show drivers.
  6. Update the options to reflect desired time range, and survey(s). You can also add additional filters if necessary.  The panel preview will update in real time as you make changes.

  7. Select “Save” to save the panel to the dashboard
  8. Repeat process as needed for any additional questions you'd like to include on your dashboard.

Things to note:

  • You can add any questions/ question type to the dashboard
  • Rating scale questions can be displayed as: Bar chart, Average, Top box, Top 2 box
  • Combine rating scale questions for an average of multiple questions
  • Dashboards automatically update and display latest data. Dates are not static like the Overview dashboard. Date options include:
    • Last 7 days
    • Last 14 days
    • Last 30 days
    • Last 3 months
    • Last 6 months
    • Last year
