Macorva provides multiple ways to filter your Customer Experience data, making it easy to find exactly what you need while keeping survey integrity intact. Below are the available filter types and how to use them:
Filter by Date
- Log into your Macorva admin account and click on the Surveys tab.
- From here, click Filter on the right side.
- In the Date range section, click on the dropdown or calendar icon and selecct any of the preset dates (Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 Days, etc) OR select any date range by selecting a start date, followed by an end date.
- Click Apply and your results are now filtered by Date.

Filter by Survey Category and Group
- Log into your Macorva admin account and click on the Surveys tab.
- From here, click Filter on the right side.
- In the Category section, click on the dropdown and select the desired category you'd like to view data for.
- Click Apply and your results are now filtered by Survey Category.
- You may also narrow down by a categories Group. To do this, click on the Survey dropdown and select the appropriate group.

Filter by NPS, CSAT, Employee Ratings
- Log into your Macorva admin account and click on the Surveys tab.
- From here, click Filter on the right side.
- Click on the dropdown in Type and select the rating you wish to filter by.
- For “Comparison” select either Greater than or equal to or Less than or equal to.
- Enter the value in the final field. (Note: NPS range is from 0-10 and CSAT/Employee rating range is 1-5.)
- Click Apply and your results are now filtered by NPS, CSAT or Employee Ratings.

Filter by Employee or Team rated
- Log into your Macorva admin account and click on the Surveys tab.
- From here, click Filter on the right side.
- For the type, select Employee Rated or Team rated.
- A new dropdown box will appear to select the Employee or Team, use the drop down to find and select the employee/team you wish to view results for.
- You may also type characters to search the name of the Employee or Team.
- Click Apply and your results are now filtered by the Employee or Team.

Filter by Multiple choice answer
- Log into your Macorva admin account and click on the Surveys tab.
- From here, click Filter on the right side.
- For the type, select Multiple choice answer.
- In the dropdown box to the right, select the question you'd like to filter by.
- In the last dropdown box on the right, select the answer you'd like to filter by.
- Click Apply and your results are now filtered by a Multiple choice answer.

Filter by Free text answer
- Log into your Macorva admin account and click on the Surveys tab.
- From here, click Filter on the right side.
- For the type, select Free text answer.
- Select the question you'd like to filter by.
- In the text box to the right, enter the text you are looking for within the answer.
- Click Apply and your results are now filtered by a Free text answer.

Filter by Summary Sentiment or Sentiment
- Log into your Macorva admin account and click on the Surveys tab.
- From here, click Filter on the right side.
- Click on the dropdown in Type and select Summary Sentiment or Sentiment.
- For comparison, select either Greater than or equal to or Less than or equal to.
- In the dropdown on the right, select a number.
- Click Apply and your results are now filtered by Summary Sentiment or Sentiment.

Filter by Note contains
- Log into your Macorva admin account and click on the Surveys tab.
- From here, click Filter on the right side.
- For the type, select Note contains.
- In the box to the right, enter the text you are looking for within the answer. (You may enter any word, phrase, number or account to search for in answers.)
- Click Apply and your results are now filtered by Note contains.

Filter by Customers or Products
- Log into your Macorva admin account and click on the Surveys tab.
- From here, click Filter on the right side.
- Click on the dropdown in Type and select Customers or Products.
- A box will appear to select the Customer or Products. Use the drop down to find and select the customer or products you wish to view results for. (You may also type characters to search the name of the Customer or Products you wish to view results for.)
- Click Apply and your results are now filtered by Customers or Products.

Filter by Lifecycle Tenure
- Log into your Macorva admin account and click on the Surveys tab.
- From here, click Filter on the right side.
- Click on the dropdown in Type and select Lifecycle tenure.
- In the dropdown on the right, select your desired timeframe.
- Click Apply and your results are now filtered by Lifecycle tenure.

Filter by Follow-up required
- Log into your Macorva admin account and click on the Surveys tab.
- From here, click Filter on the right side.
- Click on the dropdown in Type and select Follow-up required.
- In the dropdown on the right, select Yes or No
- Click Apply and your results are now filtered by Follow-up required.

Filter by tag
- Log into your Macorva admin account and click on the Surveys tab.
- From here, click Filter on the right side.
- Click on the dropdown in Type and select Tag.
- In the dropdowns on the right, select the desired Tags.
- Click Apply and your results are now filtered by Tag.

Filter by Multiple Filters
You may also “stack” filters to further refine survey data.
- Log into your Macorva admin account and click on the Surveys tab.
- From here, click Filter on the right side and select the appropriate Type, comparison, and value for your first filter. (In this example, I will use NPS rating as the first filter.)
- Select Add another filter and repeat Step 2 with your second filter.
- (Note: The default combination of filters is AND . You can change this to OR if you'd like to see results that fit either of the criteria entered.)
- After switching the Combine with, click Apply to and your results are now filtered by Multiple filters.
