Can I edit an open employee survey?

You have the flexibility to make changes to your employee surveys, but the available options depend on whether the survey is in a draft state or has already gone live. 

Here is a quick overview of the changes that can be made in each state:

  • Before the survey starts:
    • Admin users can edit survey questions and all related settings up until the survey start date.
  • After the survey has opened:
    • Once a survey is live, the questions and related settings cannot be modified. This ensures consistency and reliability of survey results.
  • What can still be edited:
    • Admin users can adjust the survey close date or notification schedule at any time during the open survey window.
