Yes, both Macorva EX and CX plans include options for AI sentiment analysis, helping you gather key insights from thousands of free text comments. With sentiment analysis activated, our AI engine will:

• review all survey comments
• identify common subjects
• analyze the surrounding sentiment for each subject 
• assign a sentiment score to each subject
• measure the impact of each subject by combining the sentiment score with the frequency with which the subject is mentioned in comments
