Are EX employee survey reports generated automatically?

Yes. Once an EX survey closes, reports are immediately available in Macorva. Admin users and Survey Previewers can view, segment, and export results as soon as the survey window ends.

While reports are instantly available, we recommend planning a short “quiet period” (typically 1–2 weeks) between the survey close date and when results are released to employees.

This time allows admin users and company leadership to:

  • Process the results in detail
  • Review key findings with your Customer Success Manager
  • Prepare a communication strategy and action plan to share with employees

By using a quiet period, you can move from data to action more effectively, showing your employees that their feedback has been heard and carefully considered before any announcements are made.
